Roles and Responsibilities

  • The candidate should have an overall experience of 4-7 years and should be working as Team Lead (minimum 2 years)  ..

in any e-commerce customer experience quality/process improvement teams (In-house/outsourced).

  • The candidate should have driven CX metrics CSAT%, Reopen, high ageing reduction, SLA%, etc., these are the primary metrics for this role.

  • She/he should have worked with cross-functional teams in previous roles and should have driven the customer experience improvement initiatives.

  • Good understanding of SOPs, Loop Closure and Resolution; should identify proactively the broken SOPs/processes to share with CX design team for changes.

  • She/he should be able to handle escalated cases and resolve the customer concerns with cross-functional teams.

  • The candidate needs to drive the customer obsession culture with the help of property managers will be meeting the residents and will capture the VOCs for process improvement.

  • Ability to assess customer sentiments at all stages during the communication, to take the lead proactively in escalating an issue on behalf of the customer.

  • This role is to work from the property in the allocated location

  • The candidate should be a Graduate
