Job Description

Responsibilities


Qualify and nurture leads via telephonic interactions in order to maximize acquisitions / conversion.

Identify and assess customers' needs, and tailor the sales pitch accordingly.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

Provide accurate, valid and complete information of company's products and services.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentation.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Engage customers by answering their queries, and how our products and services meet their needs.

Maintain accurate records by updating customer information in CRM.


Requirement


Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Customer orientation and ability to adapt response to different scenarios.

Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills, with command over multiple languages.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
