Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentation.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Engage customers by answering their queries, and how our products and services meet their needs.
Maintain accurate records by updating customer information in CRM.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills, with command over multiple languages.
