Job Responsibilities:
Sales


Individual contributor role
Own the micro market - For both - Demand generation and sales closure
Responsible for revenue generation through direct sales of inventory
Market Research - Understand and identify the channels that can help in demand generation + competition identification
B2B & B2C meetings with colleges and coaching institutes for tie-ups
Planning and execution of marketing activities decided for the season
Responsible for lead generation from each channel and sales closure of the same
Vendor management
Tracking the ROI and reporting

Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about Stanza Living and drive qualified traffic to Stanzas front door through ATL and BTL mediums

Carry out direct marketing, to develop and maintain brand visibility of Stanza Living, in accordance to brand guidelines

Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution

Conduct extensive market research to increase the sales and profits

Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely

End to end sales cycle management for leads generated through campaigns

Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A.
