Job Description:
  • Qualify leads (inbound and outbound calls) on the basis of pre-defined criteria.
  • Attend inbound calls from hot leads.
  • Gather relevant information from customers as required and update it accurately to facilitate the decision-making process.
  • Outbound calls to warm leads pertaining to lead discovery, lead follow-ups, visit scheduling and customer feedback.
  • Answering questions about the services offerings or the company.
  • Process customer requests in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction with Calls and emails.
  • Ensure error- free processing of requests and handle requests in effective and efficient manner
  • Meeting the sales targets
  • Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures and service levels to meet customer needs and to ensure quality service at all times
  • Deliver Employees, Customers and Shareholder metrics as per goals
  • Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines
