Job Description

Roles and responsibilities 

  • Designing and driving Employee Engagement in all Locations.
  • Working closely with engagement partner to facilitate the ESAT Survey roll-out and result dissemination for all Locations
  • Auditing employee engagement initiatives internally.
  • Driving the value framework of the organization through various campaigns and interactive initiatives.
  • Internal Communication management
  • Conducting workshops on themes based on the Organization Values.
  • Responsible for Induction of all new joiners in the organization.
  • Plan & organize organization wide initiatives (Weekly Fun activities, Quarterly R&R ceremonies, Annual events, etc)
  • Conducting wellbeing-related activities across the organization
  • Overall in-charge of new hire orientation program
  • To ensure the complete assimilation of new talent into the business through the smooth on-boarding process
  • Create platform for Leadership Talk

Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 10,00,000 PA.
